People came to Kheergange from different states and countries for trekking. Here, with nature, you can enjoy the adventure as well. Kheeganga is beautiful for adventure and trekking. This lovely place is located in Himachal. Mountains surround this adventure place. The hot water springs and the refreshing, enchanting atmosphere offered by nature make this place special.
However, this trek is located in the Parvati Valley. To reach here, you first need to cover a 10 km trek from Kasol, after which you can truly enjoy the Kheerganga trek. The total expenses for travel from Delhi to Kheerganga depend on the mode of transportation, which can include bus, train, or taxi. There is no direct route from Delhi to Kheerganga, so the best way to reach Kheerganga is to first travel to Kasol. From Kasol, you can take a taxi or bus to Barshaini. After reaching Barshaini, you will need to trek to Kheerganga. This trek is both easy and exciting.
Traveling from Delhi to Kasol by bus or taxi takes approximately 12 to 14 hours, and the cost ranges from Rs 550 to Rs 1,700 per person. Taxi fares may be higher than this range. The journey from Kasol to Barshaini by bus typically takes 20 to 30 minutes. Therefore, the overall expenses will largely depend on your choice of bus or taxi for these segments.
On the way from Delhi to Kheerganga, there are many hotels and roadside dhabas with great food, but we stopped at Amritsar Dhaba for breakfast. The traditional dishes and the refreshing atmosphere there made our morning even more memorable. Mahi Madam always loves trying new things when it comes to food, and here the desi-style aloo paratha was so delicious that she really enjoyed it.
After breakfast, we continued our journey, but soon after, we got stuck in heavy traffic. A little further ahead, we stopped again to enjoy a cup of tea before resuming our trip. Eventually, we reached Kasol, where I (Sanju) booked a beautiful hotel. We stayed there for a night to relax, and the next morning, we continued our journey.

There are many options to stay around Kheerganga, but the best ones are “Kheerganga Hike Camp” and “Shivam Shanti Camp.” Along with these, several other camping sites offer a unique and wonderful experience.
A part from camping, you can also book homestays like “Old Brahma Homestay” and “The Holy Mountain Homestay,” which are especially great for travelers who want to experience authentic mountain life.

The next morning, when we woke up, the pleasant weather filled our hearts with joy. Mahi Madam was especially happy; any tiredness from the trek seemed to vanish in the face of such a refreshing morning. Soon, we began preparing to leave, but before we did, we took lots of photos with Mahi Madam, as she loves photography With those beautiful memories captured, we set off on our journey back home.
